David Yetman, Associate

David is an Associate and undertakes a wide range of corporate, commercial, trust, fund and regulatory matters.

He holds both an undergraduate degree in Archaeology and Geography and a Masters degree in the Management of Information Technology from the University of Nottingham. He obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Law, a Legal Practice Certificate and an undergraduate degree in Law from the Nottingham Law school before coming to work in Jersey.

David has recently lead a number of inter-jurisdictional corporate migrations, assisted with a $300 million dollar banking transaction and worked on a variety of unit trust structures. He frequently works on matters relating to both new and existing trusts and provides advice on a diverse range of commercial agreements.

David Yetman’s appointment will take effect from 1 February 2012.
